These are the general terms and conditions of Monounits by mono voce aps, which always applies to trading with shop.monovoce.com, unless otherwise mentioned. Monounits will do their utmost to convey correct information about the products, but errors can occur. Reservations are made for errors and omissions in prices and descriptions, as well as for sold out items.
Transactions are made through PayPal. PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute.
Prices are shown with VAT for EU countries, based on your IP address. Final VAT is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. We take reservations for misprints and sold out items.
Shipping is calculated during checkout after you enter your delivery address. You will be able to review the shipping charges before placing your order. You may choose between flat-rate, economy, standard or express shipping. With flat-rate we cannot always provide you with a tracking code.
We try to keep shipping cost as low as possible, all your printed consumer unit are produced and shipped by Printful at a location closest to your delivery address.
All our clothing’s are printed on demand and are as such made to you specifically. According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore mono voce aps reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged and/or defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please send us an email with a detailed description and photos if possible. We will then handle the issue right away and return to you as fast as possible. If you return a product to the return address without contacting us first, you might be liable for any extra costs.
All printed items are produced by Printful at a location closest to the delivery address. The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When Printful receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful’s facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
